Day 1 – Transfer to Darjeeling

Once you arrive at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) our representative will assist you for your onward journey to Darjeeling . Distance is approx..100 Kilometers or 3 hours – 4 hours drive . Darjeeling - At an elevation of 2123 meters / 70001 feet, the land of breathtaking beauty, amidst rolling tea gardens, known popularly as the Queen of the hills. Jewel in the crown of the Eastern Himalayas with thrilling beauty offers spectacular views . Check in to Hotel .Evening free to stroll around Mall Road.Overnight stay in Darjeeling .

Day 2 – Darjeeling Sightseeing

Early morning around 3:45 AM visit to Tiger Hill for Sunrise and visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia War Memorial . Back to hotel for breakfast and refresh yourself . After breakfast sight seeing includes – Happy Valley Tea Garden OR Leebong Tea Garden , Tibetan Refugee Centre ( Sunday closed ) , Japanese Temple , Zoo ( Closed on Thursday ), Himalaya Mountaineering Institute ( Closed on Thursday ), Museum . A short journey to Batasia loop by Darjeeling Himalayan world Heritage Train (Optional) . Return to Hotel after long day . Evening free for shopping and to stroll around the local market .Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 3 – Mirik Excursion

After Early morning breakfast start from Darjeeling to Mirik ( 49 kilometers / 1 ½ hours ) via Simana or Pashupati . On the way one can go shopping to Pashupati in Nepal border . Once you reach Mirik , this pleasant and serene town is centered on the Sumendu Lake. Landscaped tea gardens, Orange orchards, Cardamom groves, etc, offers spectacular views of the eastern Himalayan ranges. Milder climate with unspoiled idyllic surroundings is an ideal setting for calm walks and a paradise for visitors . You can enjoy the boat ride on the water of the famous Sumendu Lake in the afternoon , a major attraction of Mirik , this boat ride is very popular amongst tourists and locals alike. Back to the hotel and overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 4 - Departure to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and transfer to IXB Airport/NJP railway Station for your onward journey taking along beautiful memories of Darjeeling

• Destination not mentioned in the itinerary.

• Cost for any additional vehicle usage not mentioned in the itinerary.

• Personnel Entrance Fees & Guide charges.

• Any cost incurred due to natural calamities, illness , emergency , VIP movements .

• Meals not mentioned in inclusions.

• Any sports / adventure activity or service.

• Any new taxes levied by the central or state government

• Any laundry charges , mini bar at the hotel .

• Damages to the hotel property .

• Anything which is not mentioned in the Inclusions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations has to be in writing.

• For cancellations done prior to the 30 days of arrival date , Rs. 1500 per person will be charged.

• Cancellations made between 29 days to 15 days of the tour, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

• Cancellations made between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

• Cancellations made between 7 days to 3 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

• Cancellations made within 2 days of the tour or No show scenarios, 100% cancellation charges will apply.

• For any changes due to various unavoidable circumstances ( Such as : Natural Calamities, VIP movements , Rallies, strike , heavy snowfall etc.) the supplementary travel cost has to be paid by the customer to the driver directly.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The packages offered can be customized according to guest’s need .

• Valid photo ID card : Only VOTERS / DRIVING LICENSE / PASSPORT / BIRTH CERTIFICATE ( for child ) is accepted .

• NO ADHAAR CARD / PAN is accepted .

• To ensure smooth services, company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be act of good will for comfortable journey , technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.

• Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have been received by us.

• In case of cancellation, We will process the refund within 48 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Hotel / Transporter / Other service providers
